SE-Flame-FL Ocean Optics Fluorescence Spectrometer System 350 – 1000nm



Our FLAME emission fluorescence system provides fluorescence emission spectra from 350-1000nm. Excitation is from a high power fiber coupled  LED. The kit comes with a 365nm LED and as an added bonus Spectrecology also includes a 470nm LED that can be switched by the user. The cuvette holder features 4 ports for fluorescence or absorbance measurements, mirror inserts to enhance excitation and emission collection efficiency and a quartz fluorescence cuvette. Spectrecology also includes a pack of 100 4 sided disposable cuvettes.
