SEOX-2 Optical O2 meter is a ready to go system complete with the following components:

  • NEOFOX-SPORTportable phase fluorometer for measuring optical oxygen sensors. The NEOFOX-SPORT has a rechargeable battery, DPU with display and control buttons, and an SD card slot for storing data. The NEOFOX-SPORT can also connect to your PC with a USB cable and be run by NEOFOXVIEWER software (included). The unit also features a temperature input (thermistor) and analog and digital outputs.
    •  SEOX-RCT250-A Zero Drift O2 Fiber Probe, 1/4″ OD, 7″ long, stainless steel probe with removable screw cap sensor tip. The probe has an embedded thermistor with 5′ lead, and integral fibers with SMA connectors. Two tips are provided, SEOX-RC250CAP-A  for general use and SEOX-RC250CAP-HCR for working in aggressive hydrocarbons.
    • SEOX-F116-A   O2 Fiber Probe, 1000um, 1/16″ OD x 7″ with Zero drift AP chemistry. Useful for measuring O2 in confined volumes.
    • SEOX-AP-POF-1000   Plastic optical fiber oxygen sensor, 6″ long. These sensors feature tolerance to sharp bending, and are lower cost that glass and silica fiber sensors. The plastic sensors do not come pre-calibrated.
    • SEOX-BB-1000-5  Bifurcated glass fiber bundle, 5′  to couple the F116 or the POF sensors to the fiber optic ports on the NEOFOX-GT
    • 21-02 splice bushing – allows you to use the system with any SMA terminated optical O2 sensors.
    • SEOX-PATCH-A O2 AP thick patch, 1/4″ x 1.8mm thick acrylic,  5/pack. These sensor discs can be mounted on the inside of clear containers and measured from the outside by pointing the SEOX-BB-125 probe towards the backside of the disc. This is an excellent method for sampling O2 inside of sealed systems without disturbing the O2 levels.
    • SEOX-BB-125  1/8″ reflective bundle for measuring non-invasive sensor discs.

Best general purpose probe, longer fluorescence decay yields more resolution, zero drift means stable calibrations

Used for organic solvents and gases with organic vapors.  This sensor does respond to water vapor as well as O2

General purpose but with faster response rate than AP chemistry. Does exhibit long term photo-bleaching drift and has less resolution.
